In my 46th year I can honestly say I have never felt more confident. Yes, I used to look better in photos, my weight has been (much) lower, my teeth straighter, my hair blonder, my waist smaller and my energy levels higher but I have never slept better, doubted myself less and been more grounded about the future. I have willed my way to it through massive, unrelenting practice over the last 20 years. Turns out I was onto something.
