Have we met?

I’m Jo—short for Joanna, long for J.

I've built a killer career advising powerhouses like Rolls-Royce, Land Rover Jaguar, and the Government of Canada. I’ve also coached thousands across three continents, unlocked millions in revenue, and worked across industries ranging from aerospace to food manufacturing.

AND: I’m a hardcore introvert and highly sensitive. For the first 35 years, I was plagued by anxiety and self-doubt. Yeah, I was a high achiever, but that inner doubt? Relentless. In 2016, I walked away from a cushy corporate gig to spend more time with my family; and then spent three years in entrepreneurial hell.

I’m talking overthinking, avoiding rejection like the plague, and seriously resenting the fact that other people seemed to be killing it while I struggled to make it work.

Fast forward eight years, a pandemic, several life curveballs, and four pivots later, and now I’m doing the work I love, living debt-free by the ocean, working 3 days a week, and pulling in $30k months
